The Global Humanities Alliance aims to elevate the global impact of the humanities and social sciences by uniting eight leading universities.

By combining diverse strengths, the Alliance addresses key challenges like sustainability, digital transformation, and knowledge diversity.

The member institutions are committed to working together to ensure our students are fit to be engaged, value-driven, and knowledgeable citizens of the world.

The Alliance fosters collaboration through joint research, teaching, and staff mobility programmes, including visitor fellowships.

As a founding member, we support these efforts by expanding international research in areas like creativity, inequalities and sustainability.

Through the GHA, we aim to enhance the student experience, provide globally connected education, and prepare graduates to thrive in an interconnected world.
