This unit aims to:

  • To examine the relationship between diversity and educational leadership
  • To examine the relationship between educational leaders’ diverse identities, experiences, and practice
  • To examine the relationship between students’ diverse identities and educational leadership
  • To examine how diverse identities and experiences relate to educational advantages, disadvantages and inequalities
  • To critically engage with diversity discourses, policies and strategies.
