Why study Economic and Social Studies (BAEcon) at Manchester?
This is a flexible, innovative and multidisciplinary degree that allows you to study an unrivalled range of subjects before deciding on your pathway at the end of your first year. So you can make crucial decisions about your study as you progress we offer two streams.
The first is for students who want to study Accounting and Finance, Finance, or Economics and Finance. You can also study Economics alongside Social Statistics, Philosophy, Politics and International Relations and Sociology.
On graduating, your degree certificate will state your specialisation in your final year subject(s).
