Student Services provides central support for students and researchers at the University and includes our Student Administration, Finance and Immigration teams.

They can help with:

immigration;
examinations;
certificates;
transcripts;
sources of funding;
fee payment;
registration.

If you need help with any practical matters of university life, the SSC will always be happy to help you.

Student Support Hubs

Whether you prefer to visit us on campus or get in touch by phone or email, our 12 on-campus Student Support Hubs are here to help you feel supported from day one.

Your hub is a friendly first point of contact and can support you with a wide range of pastoral, wellbeing and academic matters, including:

general enquiries;
specific course enquiries;
wellbeing and disability support;
support in a crisis;
wayfinding and campus facilities;
student communities, including Student Reps;
studying abroad;
mitigating circumstances and coursework extensions.
