Academic requirements
All postgraduate awardees must have achieved a 2.i bachelor's degree (or higher), or an international equivalent, in order to apply.
Nationality restrictions
This funding is available to international students.

Applicants must hold an offer of study at The University of Manchester before applying for this funding.
This award can be held alongside other awards.

(eligibility differs by country).
Courses in Architecture are usually ineligible. PGCE and Clinical Medicine/Dentistry courses are ineligible. Some Master's by Research courses are also ineligible.
The awards for France and Greece have further subject restrictions.
Awardees must not be sponsored or hold a full scholarship.
The award can be held alongside other partial scholarships, subject to the restrictions of that award. It cannot be held alongside the Global Futures Scholarship.
Application procedure
Eligible offer holders will be invited to apply via email if they gain an offer on or before 24 April 2025.
Closing date
24 April 2025
Decision date
Successful applicants will be notified by 30 May 2025 and will be required to firmly accept their offer of a place by 15 June 2025 in order to confirm their scholarship.
