The LLM Transnational Dispute Resolution equips you with specialist knowledge for careers centred on cross-border litigation and arbitration. Our graduates go on to work in areas such as:
- international arbitration and litigation teams in global law firms;
- work as counsel or in case-management at leading arbitration institutions such as the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, the International Chamber of Commerce, or the London Court of International Arbitration.
- investment-dispute and trade-law divisions of government departments and inter-governmental bodies;
- in-house dispute-resolution and compliance teams at multinational corporations;
- advocacy and advisory positions in NGOs focused on business and human rights.
