BMAN70262 Programme Req: BMAN70262 is only available as a core unit to students on MSc Business Psychology and MSc Organisational Psychology


To enable students to examine a variety of contemporary issues concerning employee relationships at work.  To provide up-to-date coverage of contemporary topics in organisational psychology such as the nature of work place relationships, affect and relationships, leadership, teamwork, and violence and bullying.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course students will be able to:

Give a critical analysis of the research and theory relevant to a number of contemporary issues in organisational psychology.

Explain the extent to which the relevant research and theory influence practices in organisations.

Identify the strengths and limitations of current research, theory and practice in the topic areas covered during the course.
