Artisan Heights
A modern self-catering hall close to Oxford Road Station and Oxford Road's local shops and restaurants. We work in partnership with Unite from whom we lease the rooms.

Artisan Heights offers bedrooms with en suite bathrooms in flats of 6 to 10 students. We lease 64 bedrooms in this hall out of 603 total bedrooms.

You'll enjoy spacious rooms with a dedicated desk space, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and underbed storage.
Rooms come with a small double bed (190x120cm).

Bathrooms are en suite and include a shower with a cubicle door, toilet and sink.

We have 3 of these rooms. They are a standard size and are located on the 20-26th floors of the property which is 32 floors in total.

We have 61 of these rooms. These rooms are of a standard size and are located on the highest floors of the property, 27-32 out of 32 rooms. The rooms have fantastic views of the city skyline.
We have a small number of other bedroom types which aren't advertised but may be allocated during our allocation process.

This hall does not have any fully adapted accommodation suitable for full time wheelchair users.
We can provide specialist equipment such as medical fridges, deaf guards etc.

Flats in Artisan Heights include a shared kitchen with an induction hob, oven, and fridge/freezer. There is a breakfast bar with stools for dining and sofas for socialising with flatmates.

Artisan Heights has a fantastic selection of communal facilities. Within your hall, you'll enjoy a cinema room, pool table, table tennis, playstation room, karaoke booth, study areas, tv lounge with skyline views on 32nd floor. The hall also has a large bike storage, 24/7 reception and CCTV.
Artisan Heights is in a great location, close to the academic campus, lectures and libraries. You'll also be a short walk from Oxford Road and its array of shops, cafes and bars.
We lease a portion of the Artisan Heights site, so students from other Manchester universities will be across the site and may share your flat.

Please note that while we try to provide as much information as possible, rooms can vary from the details and images provided. Occasionally, we have to change the use of a hall in response to demand; for example, we may change a hall from being for undergraduates to one for postgraduates.
