Bedrooms and bathrooms

Wilmslow Park offers bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. We lease just under 100 bedrooms in this hall. Rooms are a mix of Ensuite Silver and Ensuite Silver Plus.

You'll enjoy spacious rooms with dedicated desk space, a wardrobe and plenty of storage.

The vast majority of rooms have a small double bed (190x120cm), a small number have a double bed (190x135cm).

Why choose Wilmslow Park?

Wilmslow Park is in a great location, close to the academic campus, lectures and libraries.

You'll also be a short walk from Oxford Road/Wilmslow Road and its array of shops, cafes and bars.

The site has various communal facilities, including a common room, private study spaces and a gym. There are also laundry facilities, a bike shed and 24/7 CCTV. Wilmslow Park also has an outside area for you to enjoy.

The prices quoted are for 24/25.

All rooms leased by The University of Manchester are for postgraduate students, and you would be placed in a flat of only postgraduates. Please note that as we lease a portion of the site, there may be undergraduate students in the wider hall.

This hall is approximately 0.6 miles from the centre of campus, University Place.

  • 14-minute walk via Oxford Road and Whitworth Park.
  • 3-minute cycle: Oxford Road offers protected cycle routes.
  • 8-minute bus journey

At Manchester, you’ll be supported from day one by our dedicated team of ResLife Advisors.

  • From 6pm to 8am every day, including bank holidays and University closure periods, your ResLife Advisor is there to help you make the most of your time in halls.
  • Advisors are students and staff who live in halls with you and can help with anything from academic worries to settling in.
  • There's also the Counselling and Mental Health Service, the SafeZone app and Report and Support available.
