Grafton Street
A modern self-catering hall close to the University and Oxford Road's local shops and restaurants. We work in partnership with Sanctuary Students from whom we lease the rooms. This hall is sometimes known as Nick Everton House.

£200 per week/£8,610 for total 42 week contract.
We have 89 Single room en-suite premium in Grafton Street. These are refurbished rooms with plenty of storage, your own private bathroom and a small double bed. Rooms vary by block and may differ in size, layout, and finish.

£205 per week/£8,400 for total 42 week contract.
We have 11 Single room en-suite double rooms in Grafton Street. There rooms come with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and private study space. Rooms vary by block and may differ in size, layout, and finish.
We have a small number of other bedroom types which aren't advertised but may be allocated during our allocation process.

Grafton Street does not have any fully adapted accommodation suitable for full time wheelchair users.
Additionally, we can also provide specialist equipment such as medical fridges, deaf guards etc.

Reception is open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Outside of these hours, it is covered by security officers
