Bedrooms and bathrooms

Piccadilly Point offers self-contained flats for three or four students. We have 300 beds in this hall.

You'll enjoy spacious en suite bedrooms with a small double-sized bed (190x120cm).

All rooms come with a dedicated study space with a desk and chair. The rooms have plenty of storage, including a wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, and underbed storage.

En suite bathrooms include a shower cubicle, toilet, sink and mirror.

All our rooms are classified as either Classic En-Suite or Premium Range 1 En-Suite.

Why choose Piccadilly Point?

Flats in Piccadilly Point include a shared kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, and a breakfast bar for meals.

Kincardine Court is in a great location, in the city centre, close to the academic campus, lectures, and libraries. You'll also be a short walk from Oxford Road/Wilmslow Road and its array of shops, cafes and bars.

Within your hall, you'll enjoy an on-site gym and study area. The hall also has laundry facilities and 24/7 CCTV.

We lease a portion of the Piccadilly Point site and students leasing through us will be placed with other students from The University of Manchester.

This hall is approximately 0.9 miles from the centre of campus, University Place.

  • 20-minute walk via Oxford Road.
  • 6-minute cycle: Oxford Road offers protected cycle routes.
  • 11-minute bus journey

At Manchester, you’ll be supported from day one by our dedicated team of ResLife Advisors.

  • From 6pm to 8am every day, including bank holidays and University closure periods, your ResLife Advisor is there to help you make the most of your time in halls.
  • Advisors are students and staff who live in halls with you and can help with anything from academic worries to settling in.
  • There's also the Counselling and Mental Health Service, the SafeZone app and Report and Support available.
