Unsworth Park offers 1,100 bedrooms in flats for nine to ten students.
Bedrooms in Unsworth are bright and cleverly designed to include lots of storage space. You'll get a small double bed (190x120cm), a wardrobe and a bedside table. The room includes everything you'll need for your studies as it comes with a desk, office chair and book shelves.
All rooms in Unsworth Park come with an en suite bathroom. The en suite includes a separate shower cubicle, toilet, sink and mirror.

Why choose Unsworth Park?
In Unsworth Park, you'll share an open-plan kitchen and living area with the other students in your flat. Kitchens have hobs, ovens, fridge freezers and plenty of storage space. As these flats are slightly larger, you'll have two of each, so you shouldn't have to wait to prepare your meals. The living area includes a large dining table for meals. There is also a sofa area with a TV, perfect for film nights or video game sessions.
It has fantastic common areas, including a large study space so you can take a break from studying in your bedroom. The hall has a lounge and games area, including a pool table. The hall also has an on-site laundry room and plenty of bike storage.
As you're on the Fallowfield campus, you'll also have easy access to the University's Armitage Sports Centre, cafe Brewed and an on-site bar.
We are currently redeveloping parts of the Fallowfield campus, including building new halls on the site of the old Owens Park Hall, Oak House and eventually Woolton Hall. At varying times, this will create some disturbance to varying parts of the site. We will continue to work with the contractor to minimise the impact on residents, but you should bear this in mind when accepting an offer of accommodation at Unsworth Park.
