Bedrooms and bathrooms

Flats at Weston Hall are made up of up to eight bedrooms and include a shared kitchen /lounge dining area. There are around 500 bedrooms available at Weston Hall.

Most rooms have a single bed (190x90cm), under-bed storage, a bedside table, and a wardrobe. There is also a dedicated desk and chair for studying.

The en suite bathrooms include a shower, shower curtain, washbasin, mirror, and toilet.

Why choose Weston Hall?

Kitchens have everything you'll need to prepare your meals, including induction hobs, ovens, and fridge/freezers. Some flats also come with a sofa area, perfect for socialising with your flatmates.

Weston also has a common room for students living in the hall.

Weston Hall has a lively student community and is a short walk from the academic campus, libraries and lectures.

You'll also be close to the city centre and its nightlife, shops and restaurants.

Weston is owned by IQ so we lease the entirety of this hall for the duration of student agreements with us - either 42 or 51 weeks.

The prices quoted are for 25/26.

This hall is approximately 0.7 miles from the centre of campus, University Place.

  • 16-minute walk via Oxford Road.
  • 5-minute cycle: Oxford Road offers protected cycle routes.
  • 10-minute bus journey

Unique support on hand

At Manchester, you’ll be supported from day one by our dedicated team of ResLife Advisors.

  • From 6pm to 8am every day, including bank holidays and University closure periods, your ResLife Advisor is there to help you make the most of your time in halls.
  • Advisors are students and staff who live in halls with you and can help with anything from academic worries to settling in.
  • There's also the Counselling and Mental Health Service, the SafeZone app and Report and Support available.
