Wilmslow Park offers bedrooms with en suite bathrooms in flats of 3 to 5 students. We lease 492 bedrooms in this hall.

Bedrooms

You'll enjoy spacious rooms with a dedicated desk space, a wardrobe and plenty of storage.

The vast majority of rooms have a small double bed (190x120cm), a small number have a double bed (190x135cm).

Bathrooms

Bathrooms are en suite and include a shower with a cubicle door, toilet and sink.

We have 72 Silver En Suite rooms in Wilmslow Park. Each room includes a small double bed and is uncarpeted. Rooms vary by block and may differ in size, layout, and finish.

Silver En Suite Plus

£225 per week/£9,450 for total 42 week contract.

We have 22 Silver En Suite Plus rooms in Wilmslow Park. This room is larger than the standard Silver En Suite room, includes a double bed and is uncarpeted. Rooms vary by block and may differ in size, layout, and finish.

Gold En Suite

£230 per week/£9,660 for total 42 week contract.

We have 90 Gold En Suite rooms in Wilmslow Park. These rooms were more recently renovated than our Silver rooms. Each room includes a small double bed and is uncarpeted. Rooms vary by block and may differ in size, layout, and finish.

Gold En Suite Plus

£235 per week/£9,870 for total 42 week contract.

We have 28 Gold En Suite Plus rooms in Wilmslow Park. These rooms were more recently renovated than our Silver rooms. This room is slightly larger than the standard Gold En Suite, includes a double bed and is uncarpeted. Rooms vary by block and may differ in size, layout, and finish.

Platinum En Suite

£242 per week/£10,164 for total 42 week contract.

We have 117 Platinum En Suite rooms in Wilmslow Park. These rooms were more recently renovated than our Silver rooms. Each room includes a small double bed and is uncarpeted. Rooms vary by block and may differ in size, layout, and finish.

Platinum En Suite Plus

£246 per week/£10,332 for total 42 week contract.

We have 155 Platinum En Suite Plus rooms in Wilmslow Park. These rooms were more recently renovated than our Silver rooms. This room is slightly larger than the standard Gold En Suite, includes a double bed and is uncarpeted. Rooms vary by block and may differ in size, layout, and finish.

We have a small number of other bedroom types which aren't advertised but may be allocated during our allocation process.

Why choose Wilmslow Park?

Kitchens and shared spaces

Kitchens include an oven, an induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer and breakfast bar to eat your meals. There is also a sofa and a television in each flat.

Communal areas

The site has various communal facilities, including study areas, a games room, gym, a karaoke room, table tennis, a pool table, a party space and a common room. There are also laundry facilities, a bike shed and 24/7 CCTV. Wilmslow Park also has an outside area for you to enjoy.

Wilmslow Park is in a great location, close to the academic campus, lectures and libraries.

You'll also be a short walk from Oxford Road/Wilmslow Road and its array of shops, cafes and bars.

Rent doesn't just cover your room, it also includes all utilities (heating, electricity, water, high-speed Wi-Fi), personal insurance, 24/7 security support, access to communal areas, bike storage, laundry facilities (paid separately), ResLife support, and cleaning of communal areas (except during University closure periods).

Reception is open Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm.

Wifi in this hall is via the IQ network . All rooms have Wi-Fi.

Please note that while we try to provide as much information as possible, rooms can vary from the details and images provided. Occasionally, we have to change the use of a hall in response to demand; for example, we may change a hall from being for undergraduates to one for postgraduates.

This hall is approximately 0.6 miles from the centre of campus, University Place.

  • 14-minute walk via Oxford Road and Whitworth Park.
  • 3-minute cycle: Oxford Road offers protected cycle routes.

  • From 6pm to 8am every day, including bank holidays and University closure periods, your ResLife Advisor is there to help you make the most of your time in halls.
