Don't just take our word for it, here's what one of our students had to say about Uttley House:
"I was happy with the accommodation I was placed in and enjoyed meeting many students from around the world. The convenience of the study space was also really nice."
Why choose Uttley House?
Uttley House is a corridor-style hall featuring spacious shared kitchens. Each kitchen is shared by 16 residents and includes induction hobs, ovens, fridge freezers, ample storage, and a large dining table, ideal for cooking and socialising with flatmates.
The hall also offers dedicated study spaces and beautiful gardens, providing a peaceful environment for residents.
Located on the Fallowfield campus, residents enjoy convenient access to the University's Armitage Sports Centre (gym membership required) and the on-site Uttley House bar.
We are currently redeveloping parts of the Fallowfield campus, including building new halls on the site of the old Owens Park Hall, Oak House and eventually Woolton Hall. At varying times, this will create some disturbance to varying parts of the site. We will continue to work with the contractor to minimise the impact on residents, but you should bear this in mind when accepting an offer of accommodation at Uttley House.
