Star Lecture archive – Brian Cox June 2010

On 28 June 2010 University of Manchester physicist Professor Brian Cox delivered the first of our Star Lecture series.

It was aimed at GCSE/Key Stage 4 science pupils and broadcast live on this website. Professor Cox discussed the Big Bang, the origins of the universe and the importance of science to modern civilisation.

The lecture is available to watch below. It has been edited into bite-size topic areas for use by teachers and pupils, and will add excitement to teaching and learning within the GCSE science syllabus.
