Visa applications
All Saudi nationals who wish to study in the UK will need to apply for a study visa before they are eligible to enter the UK and begin their programme of study.
From Tuesday 6 November 2007, all applications must be made at one of the new Visas Application Centres in:
Riyadh

From this date, the British Embassy will also be collecting biometric information (electronic fingerscans and a live photograph) as part of the application process.
This means that all visa applicants will need to attend the new Visa Application Centre in person to submit their application form, pay their visa fee and have their biometrics taken.
The Visa Application Centres will be open from Saturday - Wednesday, 10am to 6pm.
