Manchester Students’ Union is home to more than 400 societies, including several that are specifically for students from China or students who are interested in Chinese culture. 

Chinese Students and Scholars Association in Manchester

The Chinese Students and Scholars Association in Manchester (CSSA-MAN) is a large and popular society which organises various social activities among international students and scholars in Manchester. 

The association is supported by the Education Section of the Chinese Consulate General in Manchester and has over 3,000 registered members.

Manchester University Chinese Students Society

The Manchester University Chinese Students Society is one of the largest Chinese Student bodies in the UK.

The main objective of the society is to help students in The University of Manchester to provide invaluable experiences through events and activities the society host every year.

The Consulate-General of PRC in Manchester can also provide students with support during their time in the UK.
